Amendment 0003: Please see Amendment 0003 amendment which clarifies the required delivery date for the bulkhead (November 30, 2027) to ensure all offerors have a consistent understanding of the project schedule. It also requires each offeror to confirm acknowledgment of all three issued amendments as part of their proposal submission. The amendments are briefly summarized below. Amendment 1: Added the PPQ documents to the solicitation for contractors to use in preparing their proposals. Amendment 2: Revised and clarified portions of the plans and specifications.
