Presolicitation

This acquisition is for the manufacture and distribution of Type I and Type II High Visibility Reflective Belts. The belts shall be manufactured in accordance with purchase description YAGC 89-4A dated June 11, 2015. This acquisition will be issued as a full and open solicitation and conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5 – “Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.” DLA Troop Support anticipates issuing a solicitation for the referenced items and then award a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract. The solicitation will include a three (3) year ordering period and will allow for tiered pricing for each 12-month tier period.
