INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting bids and subsequently awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Design-Bid-Build EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Phase 2 Portland HCS project at the Portland VA Health Care System (VAHCS) located at 1601 East 4th Plain Boulevard, Vancouver, WA 98661. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall assess, inspect, and site verify the existing conditions prior to construction and completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and provide all labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, and other items designated in this contract in accordance with the specifications and drawings to complete Project No. 648-24-701 EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Phase 2 Portland HCS project at the Portland VA Health Care System (VAHCS).
