***THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY**** Naval Facilities Engineering Command Far East (NAVFAC FE) FEAD Camp Butler is conducting a Sources Sought Notice. The intent of this notice is to identify potential contractors that are capable of performing the following work: Purpose and Objectives: To provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform refuse collection, disposal and recycling at Marine Corps Base Camp Smedley D. Butler, Okinawa, Japan to include but not limited to Camp Foster, Camp Kinser, MCAS Futenma, Camp Lester, Plaza and Buckner Communication Site. Project requirements: Collection of solid waste to include non-residential, general waste, and disposal of all wastes. Contractor to provide containers for unscheduled collections. These containers will function as collection points for refuse generated during special events held aboard various U.S. Government Installations located on Okinawa. Permits and Licenses: Shall possess a valid license from applicable municipalities for the collection and transportation of general waste.
