THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS: The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit, on a 100% small businesses set-aside basis, for the procurement of on-site shredding service in support of the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Weapon Systems Support (WSS) offices located in Philadelphia, PA; Mechanicsburg, PA; and Norfolk, VA. The solicitation will provide for a base period of 12 months as well as three (3) twelve-month option periods. The organization requires the Contractor to provide a total of 146 individual lockable (secure) receptacles in Mechanicsburg and Philadelphia, PA and Norfolk, VA to be dispersed throughout its facilities to include: Nine (9) Administrative Buildings at Mechanicsburg, PA with a total of seventy-three (73) small receptacle (minimum 75 lbs) and three (3) large receptacles (96 lbs).
