This is a Request For Propsoals (RFP) N6449825R0521 RFP N6449825R0521 has been amended per atachement "Solication Amenendment N6449825R05210002 SF 30 and N6449825R05210003 SF 30". The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) will be installing a GE LM2500+G4 Gas Turbine, referred to as the Gas Turbine, in an open bay inside a building in support of a Land Based Engineering Site (LBES).
