Sources Sought Notice – Renovate Squadron Operations, Building 25, Project AXQD232620, at Barnes Air National Guard Base, Westfield, MA. This notice is for planning purposes and market research only. The intent of this Sources Sought notice is to gain knowledge of the available vendor pool to determine: Interested vendors that have completed large renovation projects within the past 5 years with a magnitude of construction between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. Interested vendors that have completed projects were Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities) standards were an integral part of the project and were successfully completed within the past 2 years. Description of Proposed Construction: Repair and renovate Building 25 (approx. 25,000 sq. ft.) to meet requirements of ICD/ICS 705 and UFC 4-010-01. Provide architectural, mechanical, electrical, telecom, and fire suppression/detection system improvements. Furnish Intrusion Detection and Access Control System (IDS/ACS).
