Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 Boise VA Medical Center 500 West Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702 Procurement Number: 36C26026R0026 This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming competitive solicitation satisfying the requirements of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203. An invitation for Request for Proposals (RFP) is anticipated to be posted no later than October 31, 2025. The VA Medical Center located in Boise, ID, has a requirement for a Firmed Fixed Price construction project to replace the fan coil units and fin tube radiators throughout buildings 23 and 45 at BVAMC. Heat exchangers, pumps, and valves will be installed to create a closed heating loop in the buildings. The raw geothermal water that currently runs throughout the buildings will be used to heat the closed heating loop which will reduce the wear that occurs in the piping and equipment by the raw geothermal water.
