Acquisition Services 5A is seeking to modify the previously approved Justification and Approval (J&A) from FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i) in accordance with (IAW) 41 U.S.C. 1901 and 41 U.S.C. 3304(e) to FAR 6.103-1 IAW 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), this justification documents the circumstances of the contract action that deem only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for contract 36C10G25C0011 Ambient Scribe Abridge.
