Combined Synopsis/Solicitation NAICS 334515

Two Step, Sealed Bid to include Step I: Request for Technical Proposal for a Test Set, Radio: AN/PRM-37 in accordance with the Purchase Description: TEMOD-23-02, Revision B, dated 04 April 2025 (Attachment 001) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12 and 14.5. The United States Government (USG) anticipates the use of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), five (5) year Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a potential two (2) year contract extension, which will be determined in contract year five (5). The estimated contract range of quantity to be procured is 20 each (minimum) to 10,500 each (maximum) for the duration of the five (5) year contract. The USG will not be obligated to purchase more than the minimum quantity established in the resultant contract. All FFP, IDIQ contract delivery requirements will be established in detail in Step II: Invitation for Bid.
