The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Generator Security Fencing, Stamford Hurricane Barrier, Stamford, CT. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to install approximately 166ft of chain link fence enclosures on two concrete pads which house a back-up generator, transfer switch, and other electrical equipment. These two chain link fence enclosures will be 8 feet in height and feature, in total, three 4-foot-wide chain link personnel gates and one 24-foot-wide chain link double gate. The generator pad is approximately 22ft x 29ft and transfer switch pad is approximately 8ft x 24ft. The concrete pads are both 18 inches in thickness. All work will be performed in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact and in accordance with the Statement of Work. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million.
