Signed form 1449 and SF-30 from the solicitation packet with filled out CAGE code 2. A statement that confirms that the vendor can perform vehicle repair/maintenance and has certified mechanics. 3. A hourly labor rate for in shop repair. The Respondent may also provide an hourly labor rate for other items such as but not limited to: performing diagnostics, travel to customer site, and on-site repair. 4. The areas work can be performed in (States or cities/metro areas)
