Presolicitation

The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1,400 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within a ¼ mile radius of 231 Bedford Street, Stamford, CT 06901. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 4 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease. Responses should include: -Proposed rental amount to include (Water/Sewer, CAM, Taxes and insurance) -Breakdown bid for attached construction build-out specs (for Relos/new offices) -Submit Proof of Active SAM Registration with CAGE CODE and Unique Identifier.
